i knew it long ago.the time they stopped running.

but when i read it.it became real to me.

that the 4 of us are no longer together as a team.

it just hit me real hard.

THE team.MY team.

the team that broke a 34years old record.

to many.it may be just a record rewrote.

but to us.the 4 of us.we know how difficult it was.

training for 5 long years together.

training every day.

sometime even on sundays.

how much we sacrified.

how we fought to finally wear the Singapore colour to SEA Games.

so much so much.

we went east coast food center for lunch.
finished the food and ended up chatting there for 2 hours!!

endless topics to talk(gossip)
we decided we should start our cycling.
ended up we walking for half an hour to the other side of east coast park.

then we sat down again and TALK someMORE!!!
another 2 hours of chatting at the beach.
in the end we didnt cycle at all.ha.
it was really nice though:)
after all.henny hasnt been back for the past 2 yrs.

my grandma went for eye operation few days ago.
she cant do any housework.
and i must take up the responsibility.
ha.sweeping and mopping the floor makes me perspire alot!!!
i guess it shall be my another form of exercise:)
cooking wise.hahaha.
i only know how to cook porridge and steam fish for my grandma.
my first attempt at cooking porridge failed.hahaha
i added too little water and.
it turned out marshy.
my grandma even asked if i was trying to cook rice.wahahahah

fri after training i felt feverish and weak.
(must be the workout!!!)ha
stayed home on fri and went out on sat.
who knows my temp reached 38degrees on sat night.:(
another stay home.
i need to eat something nice other then porridge!!!!!

went to the asian civilisation museum last week with suyi and clare.
they had the Kangxi Emperor exhibition on.
very interesting stuff they have.

finally exams' over!!!.thank GOD!!!
this sem i had to take 7 modules.
it was 2 very tiring weeks.
but thank god i have the UCO.
whole clique study in the library together makes stdying not so boringgggg.
830am to 11pm is normally where we spend in the library.
normally we would even occupy 2 rows of seats.
thats like 12 of us?
we have our daily dosage of yakult.and our a ju ma cant pronoune that.aahaha

and we met very gross china students in the library.
SERIOUSLY.
they happily dig their nose while studying and flick them everywhere.
how gross right!!!
poor ethel walked past them just when they were flick-ing their gold nuggets.
and not jus that.
they stink!!!it's really really gross.
the smell is....can faint.
hahah.

and i saw my eye candy in school.once.
so sad.!!!
and clare had to add in that maybe he's in sch studying with his gf.

just went to the sea games briefing by SAA.
seriously i have no idea what it is for.
looking at the new timings that we have to meet to qualify for the BENEFITS.
the girls have to run 12.15sec for 100m.
so basically.
the whole girls team did not qualify for the BENEFITS.
which means for all the competition that we want to go,
we have to pay 100%
which is as good as not being a national athlete.
so whats the point of having an association.
and having to run under their SAA name.
when i rather run under my coach's name or my own name.
dots.
concluded that to be a national athlete in singapore u need to be rich enough.
to be able to pay for all the competitions and even attires.
my fren from the msia team got 14 sets of attires for a minor meet like Asean Uni Games.
we representing Singapore under SAA have to wear the same set of attire for 2 YEARS.
yes.TWO YEARS.
we had to signed an agreement when we collect our attire that it will last us two years.
how sad.
that when we go for competition,all we do is to stay in hotel and wash our clothes right after a race or after training.
because, or else we will not have any attire for the next day.
yes.it is that sad.
once i had to faster wash my jersey and running tights after a race at 10pm and dry it in time for a race the next day.
i even had to leave it on a lamp to make it dry faster.
and in the end i burnt a hole in my tights.best.

what to do.tell me.
sometimes it is so tempting.

that obviously they are hiding in their hole.
because they jolly well know they made a huge mistake
by messing with the women team.

went to send kyrie off at the airport and her flight was at 8am.
so we decided to camp at the airport the day before!!
went T3 at 11pm!!
and we studied the whole night.

finally uploaded photos on chinese new year's eve.

ha.so i dragged my sister and cousin to go joggin.
we went up to the henderson wave.
though i go up to telok blangah hill for training almost every sat.
i have never been up to the henderson wave.
really nice view up there.

finally back from KL!!!yes.
i so miss home.
it was a totally new experience.

to summarize.

had chili crab that day.and that caused me gastric flu.
its really not a fun way to lose weight.

we ate 10 plus crabs.and peeled the rest so val can bring home.
